Allied Motion Introduces KinetiMax 95 HPD High Power Density Brushless Motors
Amherst, NY – November 29, 2018 – Allied Motion Technologies has introduced the KinetiMax 95 High Power Drive (HPD), an outer-rotor brushless motor. This frameless parts set motor is designed to maximize power density for its volume with a nominal output torque of 2 Nm at 2300 RPM, resulting in 480 watts of continuous output power. At only 37 mm axial length, this compact stator-rotor set is an ideal solution for applications where motor length is critical. Its large clear 59 mm inner diameter allows many types of cabling, light beams, etc., to pass through the stator bore. The KM 95 HPD also features low cogging torque to enhance performance in servo-type applications.
The KinetiMax’s high efficiency of over 87% helps realize energy and cost savings in mobile applications such as material handling systems, AGVs, mobile robots, handheld power tools, and more.
The KinetiMax 95 HPD highlights include:
- 24 or 60 volt winding
- Rated torque: 2 Nm (283 oz-in) and 480 W output at 2300 RPM
