Introducing the New DPFlex™
Sensorless Brushless Drive Series

Allied Motion's DPFlex is the innovative compact sensorless brushless motor drive that offers performance levels exceeding those of conventional Hall-commutated drives. Via its patented algorithms the DPFlex detects motor rotor position at standstill and reliably starts the motor even under load.

The DPFlex is ideal for pumps, compressors, fans and blowers, conveyors, and variable-speed scanners and radar mounts. This cost-effective drive is available as shown or as a PCB assembly for embedding in your application.

EnduraMax 95i, the E75i's Big Brother

Introducing the New EnduraMax 95i
Integrated BLDC Motor-Drive

Allied Motion has released the EnduraMax 95i integrated BLDC motor-drive. Now, there are two frame sizes to choose from to satisfy your application needs: the 75 mm (2.95 in) EnduraMax 75i and the 95 mm (3.74 in), NEMA 34 EnduraMax 95i. The E95i series are compact, high power density (up to 405W) brushless DC motors with integrated digital drives. Like the E75i, the E95i can control torque (up to 1.6 Nm), speed (up to 4500 RPM), or position (using the 4096 ppr integrated magnetic encoder).

The E95i is an ideal brushless solution for powering small mobile electric vehicles, factory automation systems, smart valve operators, and numerous other applications where intelligent, integrated brushless motor-drives provide an advantage over DC brush motors or brushless motors that require separate drives.
